Marike Pinsonneault ’22

Hi! I’m Marike and I'm double majoring in Marine Biology and Film Studies. Outside of school, I enjoy playing guitar and singing, as well as exploring Nova Scotia with friends. I'm also on the Dal Women's Lacrosse team, which has given me so many great memories and is one of my favourite things about being here at Dal. My most memorable trip, that guided me into the field I aspire to work in today, is when I did an exchange in Ecuador for a month and a half. I not only studied Spanish and volunteered, but I was also able to create a short documentary, showcasing the beautiful wildlife of the Galapagos Islands and the work the volunteer program was doing to preserve it. One fun fact about me is that my native language is French! @marikepins
