When we think back on the summers of years past, they are often defined by music. You might have memories of heading to the beach with “California Gurls” playing on the radio, or hanging by the pool and hearing “Despacito” blaring from someone’s speaker. This year, we asked our new incoming students to share what’s on their summer playlist and compiled their answers into a handy mix for you. If you want to stream it yourself, you can find the entire playlist on our Spotify!

Song of the summer: Harry Styles, “Watermelon Sugar”

"I'm trying to let go of the worrying thing, and that's what I've loved the most about this album, rather than the first one," Harry Styles says of making his album Fine Line.

This suggestion was a clear winner, being mentioned a resounding 5x more than most songs on the playlist!
