Raphy Magboo ’21

After being granted a unique opportunity to migrate here in Canada with my family, I made it a part of my work to give back and create bigger and safer spaces for people who struggle with using their voices as a platform. For the last four years, I've enjoyed being a Senior Peer Advisor for the Bissett Student Success Centre, a Residence Assistant, an O-Week Committee Member, among other opportunities I've experienced on campus. Dalhousie has become my other home, and has never failed to challenge me and support my growth into a productive ally and a compassionate individual. However, I seek to always remind myself and those around me that one can always do better and hope harder.
